VMWare workstation 10 Windows 8.1 Host

Install goes flawlessly.  But when I try to start it, it doesn't start.  Went to c:\program files (x86)\vmware\workstation and ran the vmware.exe as an administrator.

I paid good money for this.  I'd like to know why it isn't working.
