Can't enable graphic acceleration on a win 7 host

i installed vmware workstation 10 on my lenovo z570 with intel hd graphics 3000 on a kali linux (based on debian wheezy) host , and i cant get graphic acceleration or 3d to work on any virtual machine ! any ideas please ? i paid so much for the program now i have the same problem which made me convert from its open source counterpart  :'(
