Bridge guest cannot connect to the company network through VPN what the host is using

Hi all,

In my host (Mac OS X and Win7), the VPN is installed and I can access to my company's network. Now, I want to my guest (Win7) can access to company's network too. But, the guest cannot access the network. I've configured the vmware network is bridge. However, it still NOT work.

So, anybody can show me how to solve this problem?
