I'm seeing N7Vmacore16TimeoutExceptionE(Operation timed out) errors in my host log in VMware workstation 10.0.1

For the last few days I've been seeing errors in the hostd.log file on my system running vmware 10.0.1 similar to the following

2013-12-03T13:00:30.167-08:00 [7F889982D700 error 'SoapAdapter.HTTPService'] Failed to read request; stream: <io_obj p:0x00007f8868021030, h:-1, <TCP '0.0.0.0:0'>, <TCP '0.0.0.0:0'>>, error: N7Vmacore16TimeoutExceptionE(Operation timed out)

Anyone know what this error means and how I can fix it?

I have attached the log file.
