I have on a dell desktop, win xp pro, 2gbs ram, 1TB hd, SP3. I installed vmworkstation 7.0.1 into it. I have already successfully installed win 7, Vista andWINDOWS ME.

I read that I can create a new virtual cdrom drive in VMws and that is where all this gets confusing.
I have the game discs and also have iso's of them.
1)....Do I install the main installation game disc using my actual computers' physical cd rom drive or somehow install using the iso?....
2)...Then, since the other game disc must be inserted to play the game how do I accomplish this without having a physical game disc into a physical cdrom drive....
3)...oh, it gets better!.....seeing settings that say "power on with computer" and "connect", if I boot up the computer and the
VMws and these selections are made (power up, etc), what keeps the game from "auto starting" at each boot up?....
