DNS issues

I'm really feeling dumb here by posting this question, but hey, sometimes you just look over the solution so here goes.

I have a Primairy Domain Controller, an Read only domain controller and Data + backup and mail servers 2008R2 , along with 1 workstation (windows 7)

My PDC has a domain & DNS and can access internet, but the other servers and workstation cannot access internet, but can access the DNS, however when I do the nslookup command, I receive a DNS request timed out. How is this possible ?

This is a home setup so no need for messing with routers / switches, here is my setup :

Home PC : 192.168.2.5 / gateway : 192.168.2.1

PDC : 192.168.100.101 / gateway : 192.168.100.2 / dns : 127.0.0.1 | 192.168.100.2

RODC : 192.168.100.102 / gateway : 192.168.100.2 / dns : 192.168.100.2 | 127.0.0.1

Data : 192.168.100.103 / gateway : 192.168.100.2 / dns : 192.168.100.2

Data Backup : 192.168.100.104 / gateway : 192.168.100.2 / dns : 192.168.100.2

Email : 192.168.100.105 / gateway : 192.168.100.2 / dns : 192.168.100.2

Workstation : 192.168.100.106 / gateway : 192.168.100.2 / dns : 192.168.100.2

If the PDC can access internet, all it has to take is correct DNS settings for it to push it to other machines ?

I made a custom user administrator, which can access everything on server side, but when he logs in a workstation, he cannot access anything without the super admin password ? How is this possible ?
