Hello there VMware community,
I am having trouble installing and using VMware Workstation 10 on my new windows 8.1 machine (Acer). I am trying to install a windows XP virtual machine - but it never starts - I created it, try and start it and it just stays a black screen - and the power buttons are all grayed out so the only way to shut it down is via the task manager.
I did not find a config.ini file - instead, preferences.ini
