Win7 Guest is not finding DHCP Server

Hi,

I am sure this was working, but appears to have stopped.

My setup is a Win8x64 host with a Win7x64 guest. I use the bridging mode to select between NAT, Host NIC & Host Wifi.

This config works really well when my host is connected to the LAN, but when it is on Wifi, the guest just does not get a DHCP address from the router.

I have tried setting a static IP in the guest, but whilst this adds the static into the list, the 169.xx IP is still there as well,

It is like the link between the Host to guest has broken. But, other VM's that are XP dont have the same issue.

So, how do I fix? Is the problem with VMWare, or my guest?
