Workstation 10.0.2 usb 3.0 issue

Hi,

i've got this configuration

vmware workstation 10.0.2

host machine: windows 8.1 (x64)

guest machine: windows 2003 server

external hard drive seagate usb 3.0 (Expansion Portable Hard Drive)

I want  seagate usb 3.0 work at high speed even in the guest machine

is it possible to use high speed usb 3.0 external hard drive from guest virtual machine?

I choose usb 3.o compatibility in the setting window but, when guest machine starts, it ask for hard drive drivers...Is there a workaround for thisproblem?
