VMware connectivity between Vmware guest machine with Vmware host

Hi,

I am new to Vmware. I want to create a Active directory environment.Below is the scenario

-Windows 2008 Server with IP 192.168.0.11  (Vmware host machine where I have installed two VMguest ). Internet Modem is connected with this machine and getting IP using DHCP. Gateway is 192.168.0.1

I  created two Vmguest running Windows 2008 Server and I want to give static IP 192.168.0.50 and 192.168.0.60

192.168.0.50 will be ACtive Directory machine (VMguest)

192..168.0.60 will be SQL server machine (VMguest)

I am able to ping 192.168.0.60 with 192.168.0.11 and 192.168.0.1 but I am unable to ping Active Directory machine i.e 192.168.0.60 with 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.0.14.
