Effects a change to hardware using Vmware

Hi , All,

I'm collecting  hardwareID include  MAC address , CPUID... .to  create the licensing .

Does I'm wondering that MAC address in VMware  effect a change  to HardwareID  ?

if MAC addres will change in VMware , how long dose MAC address  change ?

Because hardwareID  value will change after some days ( > 2 days).
