I've run into the infamous "No 3D Support available from host". Initially I was also getting the error message "hardware graphics acceleration not supported" (or something similar). Adding the line mks.gl.allowBlacklistedDrivers = "TRUE"
to my preference file made it go away, but the former message persists. The performance didn't improve either (the guest, Win 10, still runs "slugghish"). I also attempted to add the line directly to my VM's .vmx file with no luck.
The host is a Lenovo P51 (running Fedora 27) with a Nvidia Quardro M2200, currently running latest available Nvidia drivers (390.x). Integrated graphics (Intel GPU) are disabled.
